He had made a point of parking on the road in front of Taylor & Nephew - Estate Agents, Surveyors, and Auctioneers. His uncle, by contrast, parked his more utilitarian Humber Hawk in the designated parking space behind the premises. What, after all, was the point of having a shiny new sports car if no-one could see it? Where on earth was the fun in that?
His tie straightened, cream suit jacket brushed down, he alighted his vehicle and strode jauntily across the road and into the office.
